Initial Consultation and Assessment
A Thermal Imaging Camera is used to detect heat and inflammation, which helps to create a personalized treatment plan for your horse. To ensure your horse feels comfortable throughout the process, extra time is allowed during the session. The number of areas treated will be determined based on thermal imaging results or your horse‘s health history, ensuring a customized and targeted approach for optimal care.
Follow–Up Sessions
Follow–up sessions focus on two specific areas, with the complimentary use of thermal imaging to assess whether any additional areas need attention.
Monthly Maintenance/Value Package
A maintenance package provides substantial savings on one or two cryotherapy sessions per week for four weeks.
Full Body
A full–body cryotherapy session provides comprehensive coverage, addressing key areas including the neck, shoulders, back, croup, stifles, and lower legs. This thorough treatment ensures that your horse receives the maximum therapeutic benefits from head to hoof, promoting overall wellness and peak performance.
Please Note: Cryotherapy treatments are most effective when used consistently, as they enhance the body’s natural healing process and may have a cumulative effect. The frequency of treatments will depend on whether your horse is dealing with an acute or chronic issue or if you’re using cryotherapy as a preventative measure. For acute injuries, 3-5 sessions per week are typically recommended for one week. Chronic issues may require 2-3 sessions per week until improvement is seen. As a preventative measure, we recommend 1-2 sessions per week.
